Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative. In this role, you will work directly with clients who have already expressed interest in life insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with these individuals, answer their questions, and assist them in completing the enrollment process.
This position does not involve cold calling. You will be communicating with pre-qualified, interested clients using provided scripts and communication guidelines to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high level of customer service on every interaction
- Contact clients who have inquired about life insurance
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Use provided scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and properly documented
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Ability to follow scripts while communicating naturally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license (company assistance provided)
- Must be reliable and able to maintain consistent performance
- Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation and Benefits:
- Performance-based compensation
- Average monthly earnings between $10,000 and $15,000
